Today we began work on the training center. Mike and I worked on assembling and installing a solar water-heater on the roof. Bob and Elvis worked on installing tile in one of the showers. Glenda and Lydia (David’s wife) painted in the morning and sorted the clothes we brought along. In the afternoon, Mike went with David back to Ndola. The training center has a family that lives on the grounds. Their 1 year old son is sick and it appears to be malaria and needs medical attention. Mike picked up a few needed supplies for the water heater installation, the last three pieces of luggage were in and needed retrieving, and another volunteer, Pastor Joe Nkhoma was needing a ride to the center.
